Attention Customers

We buy all of our Auto-Flowering seeds in bulk from the authorized breeder for our single seed resale. This does require us to re-pack your orders, but upon request, we can supply pack numbers and/or barcode information (whichever is applicable) by photograph. This allows us to keep your prices low to let you mix & match your autoflower order. Thank you.


How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS and Cash App ONLY. Bitcoin is also accepted through Cash App.

What currency do we charge in?
The only currencies we are accepting are USD and Bitcoin.

Can I add more to an existing order?
Unfortunately no, once an order is placed it will be processed as is. If you would like to add more you will need to make a new order.

I’ve accidentally provided the wrong address. What can we do here?
If your order has not been sent out, please send an immediate email to us via our Contact Form, or reply to your order confirmation email. If your order has already been shipped you will need to contact the shipping company as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?
Before your order ships, you can use our Contact Form or reply to your order confirmation to cancel your order. If you cancel your order by no fault of ours, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

How long will it take to ship my order?
We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.

How long will my order take to arrive?
You will receive a USPS tracking number once your order ships, for additional information, see our Shipping Info. USPS usually delivers within 3-7 days, but with COVID allow up to 15 business days for worst-case scenarios.

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately due to the nature of this business & being these are living seeds, ALL SALES ARE FINAL & RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR ANY REASON.

Garden Supply Plug GUARANTEES that you will be shipped AUTHENTIC seeds from the breeder of choice, but we cannot guarantee that those seeds will germinate. That being said we do guarantee your satisfaction. Please contact us HERE with any related issues and we will do our best to make it right!


How many seeds will I receive as freebies?
We guarantee every order will receive at least one free seed that is over $25

  • Orders over $60 receive 2 free seeds.
  • Orders over $100 receive 3 free seeds.
  • Orders over $150 receive 5 free seeds.
  • Orders $200+ will receive 6 free seeds and a promo code for 10% off their next order.

Which freebies will I receive?
Our freebies are the luck of the draw and they are related to your order. For example, if you purchase auto flowers you will receive auto flowers, if you purchase feminized you will receive feminized, and if you purchase regular you could receive feminized or regular.
